My name is Paul Simister and I provide business coaching services to help you increase the profit of your business. This ultimately results in more freedom for you choose how to live your life.

My views about business are simple:
- Many small businesses have hidden profits waiting to be released.
If you haven't tapped into the sources of hidden profit and few people teach you how to find these hidden profit opportunities, you may be working hard for less reward than you deserve.
Finding these hidden profits is the focus of my business coaching services.
- Many small businesses incur unnecessarily high costs and much frustration trying to attract new customers.
If this happens to you, it is because you are marketing some combination of the wrong product or service with the wrong message to the wrong people in the wrong way.
Correcting this frustrating problem is the focus of my marketing coaching services.
- Too many small businesses do not know how their businesses are really performing.
If you don't measure your performance regularly, you can't manage for increased profit and cash flow.
I work with a small group of professional part time Finance Directors who can help and I also provide finance coaching.
I know that my services won't suit everybody and many small businesses can't afford my coaching fees. In developing my own business skills I have found some exceptional training materials which are explained in the Business Development section.

My Background
I am a chartered accountant, Master of Business Administration and a Certified Guerrilla Marketing Coach. I have been self employed since 1995 providing business consultancy and coaching services. You will find out more about my background in About Me.
