Our Premier Service – One To One Business Coaching 

The 1-2-1 coaching service is where you and I work together on your business opportunities, problems, issues and goals using the Eight Pillars of Business Growth and Profit.

We work through a series of meetings (essential in my opinion to create a strong relationship), scheduled telephone calls, unscheduled calls and emails.

The 1-2-1 business coaching service includes teaching you new areas, advising you, reviewing your business performance and encouraging you to move towards your goals. 

The coaching is totally customised to you and your business and you have the option of choosing our Partners For Profit results based fee structure or buying a time based coaching service.

Business Growth Mastermind Groups

An alternative approach is to join one of my Business Growth Mastermind Groups where between 8 and 12 business owners or managing directors/general managers will learn to improve the Eight Pillars of Business Growth and Profit in their own business.

Over a series of 12 + 1 training seminars you will be taken through the Eight Pillars and learn how to make improvements in all the key areas of your business.

The +1 first seminar is a general introduction to the coaching programme and the idea of working with a Mastermind Group. It will also give you the chance to meet the other members of the Mastermind Group, to tell them about your business and to learn about their businesses.

Each session splits into three sections


  1. Formal presentation of the material.
     
  2. Application of the approaches to your business by completing workshop exercises.
     
  3. Group discussion and sharing experiences

During the seminar you will be asked to complete short but intense exercises to start applying what you have learned to your business. While your answers won't be definitive, it will get your mind thinking about issues.

The mastermind group principle is an important element of the programme. You will be able to tap into other people's insights and revelations and see different twists and interpretations of the coaching materials.

By meeting the same people, over a series of meetings you have the chance to build strong relationships which could directly lead to sales or referrals.

Even if that doesn’t happen, you still have the chance to learn from potential customers how they make their buying decisions or learn why they don’t buy even if logic suggests that the purchase makes sense.

If you believe that you will want some personal help applying the new techniques to your business, then please assured it is available.

I also offer the option for you to have fixed time coaching calls between the training seminars. 

This makes it easier and quicker for you to move from learning and thinking into action and then see the improved results although this does push up the price.

A recent study showed that people who take training see, on average, a 22% increase in performance.

But when they took that same training and added a coach to work with the person(s) being trained, the performance jumped 400%! (Source email from Jay Conrad Levinson 22 August 2007).

Company Based Group Coaching

For larger companies, I offer seminar based business coaching working with a small group of your directors, managers and employees.

If you have a management team then there can be significant benefits from having the same training and making commitments to action in these facilitated sessions.

Again coaching calls can be arranged between training sessions to help you to implement what you have learned.
