I provide business coaching and business consulting services that increase profits.
The difference between a business coach and a business consultant is quite subtle.
Both approaches will focus on improving your business but the "how" is different.
While business coaching focuses on providing you with the skills, motivation and confidence to make the changes yourself, when I am acting as a business consultant, I will do the work myself or with you.
Business consulting is a much more "hands-on" approach. It will be faster because it doesn't aim to transfer skills and abilities to you, the focus is on the task and getting the job done.
I have been an independent consultant since 1995 working for a wide-range of companies and groups from head offices of PLCs, subsidiaries of major groups and owner-managed businesses.
Although I qualified as a chartered accountant, my interest is in driving the results of the business forward rather than just reporting the results.
Work as a senior manager showed that I had a special ability to integrate objectives towards one major strategic objective, by focusing on the key drivers and constraints.
