This is the result of a highly regarded 12 month research project with the Manchester Business School into how business advisors can help small and medium sized businesses avoid financial difficulty.

Our business health check is based on an approach that says that there are four pathways to business success or under-performance.

Pathway 1 - Operating in an attractive or unattractive market/industry

Pathway 2 - Operating in a market/industry where there is an intense or benign fight for market share

Pathway 3 - Operating with net relative competitive advantage or disadvantage

Pathway 4 - Managing the business with strong or weak management controls

The business health check will ask you to assess a wide range of issues but the form has been put together in a way that shouldn't take you more than about 30 minutes to complete and doesn't ask for very detailed information.

In return you will get back a written business review report based on your completed business health check form.

If we think that we can be of assistance in helping you resolve some of the issues identified then we also offer a FREE face to face review meeting with you and your management team once you have had a chance to read the business review report.

Even if we don't feel that the issues identified fall within our particular expertise, we will try to point you in a helpful direction. Our library is full of great articles of how to improve your business.
