The Eight Pillars Of Business Prosperity is my coaching model for improving your entire business in a complete overhaul.

The Eight Pillars approach has four main elements:

1. Where you are.
2. Where you want to go
3. How you get there externally
4. How you get there internally

Business coaching can be described as "helping you to get from where you are to where you want to be."

There are eight core elements or pillars to any business:

1. Your Key Numbers and the way you measure performance across your entire business. This also includes the way you manage your business finances. (for more details see Key Numbers)
    
2. Your Inner Game which looks at how you develop a compelling vision and the way it is translated into goals and priorities that allow you to manage your time, and the time of your employees (see Inner Game).
    
3. Your Strategic Market Position and how you attract customers by differentiating yourself from your competitors (see Market Position)
    
4. Creating More Leads by improving the way you communicate with prospective customers (see Lead Generation).
    
5. Converting Leads Into Customers (see More Customers)
    
6. Making More Sales To Existing Customers (this is where the hidden profit is often found - see More Sales).
    
7. Leading Your Team of employees, joint venture partners, subcontractors and suppliers (see Your Team).
    
8. Systemising Your Business so your business works without you (see Systemising)
   

Business results are based on the combination of these factors working together and reinforcing each other. The better the performance in each area then the better the overall result.

Price Of My Business Coaching

This is a tailored eight month programme based on what you need so I am not able to quote prices without talking to you in detail. Every business and every entrepreneur is different and you will need to go much deeper in some modules than others.

The complete Eight Pillars coaching program with four coaching calls (50 to 60 minutes) per Pillar with unlimited email support and ten minute top-up calls is available for £4,995 plus VAT payable £1,500 plus VAT before Pillar 1, £1,500 plus VAT before Pillar 3 and £1,995 before Pillar 5.

Coaching for individual Pillars are available for £795 plus VAT for people who want to take advantage of some but not the full development process. This will give you four coaching calls, unlimited email support and ten minute top-up calls when needed.
