Modular Hidden Profit Coaching
Based on the results of your Hidden Profit Audit you can decide to focus on particular hidden profit opportunities.
I have modularised my coaching into two 45 minute telephone coaching sessions for each area of hidden profit you want to exploit.
So if you want to improve your referral process, you buy the referral coaching module from me but if you see bigger opportunities in persuading your customers to spend more by introducing upsells and cross-sells, then you buy that coaching module.
The opportunities are revealed in the Hidden Profit Audit which is a free self assessment but the main modules include:
- Upsells and cross-sells - increasing the value a customer buys in a transaction
- Repeat purchases - persuading a customer to buy more often
- Improving customer retention rates - so you customer buys from you for a longer time
- Introducing new products and service to your customers - so you increase your share of the customer's wallet
- Referrals - encouraging customers to recommend your products and services to other people
- Improving your marketing - that means taking the marketing you currently do and make it much more effective so that it attracts more qualified leads.
- And many more ways for you to increase profit from your existing actions, resources and opportunities.
How Each Hidden Profit Module Works
The first coaching call introduces the topic to you and helps you to design your approach to seize the hidden profit opportunities in that area.
The second coaching call follows up to one month later when you have implemented the ideas so that we can talk about the issues you have experienced and then help you to take this improvement and move it to the next level.
In between the first and second coaching calls, you will be able to ask questions by email or short telephone calls.
The fee for these individual modules is currently £300 plus VAT or you can buy 6 modules for £1,500 plus VAT (but the prices will increase.)
After the first module has been successfully implemented, you will move on to your next best opportunity, re-investing money from the profit you have already made from my hidden profits techniques.
Some businesses may want additional support so I also offer a premium Hidden Profit coaching service with an extra 45 minute coaching call and a review of your marketing message to exploit this opportunity for £500 plus VAT for each module (six modules for £2,500).
