Terms & Conditions For Client Companies

5 - You accept that we are not acting as an employment agency as we are connecting you with self employed professionals who, if you agree, will have a self-employed contract for services. You will not offer the people listed positions as employees.

Terms & Conditions For The Part Time Finance Directors 

1 - You are allowed to list your brief details on this website to advertise your services (maximum five lines) and you will be provided with a plancs.co.uk email address that will automatically forward any enquiries to you provided you agree to the other terms. People are listed in the order that they apply to join the site.

This is now extended to include your own page where you can outline your particular skills, abilities and interests. You may also add small photographs, testimonials and case studies.

2 - You confirm that you are self employed or you trade through your own company. You accept that Planning & Control Solutions Ltd is not an employment agency as it makes introductions between a prospective client's business and your business.

3 - You will represent yourself honestly and truthfully to both the client and ourselves.

4 - You must be a qualified member of a respectable Institute or Association of Chartered Accountants. You must also comply with your regulatory body's rules for the rights to practice as an accountant, professional indemnity insurance and continuing professional development.

5 - To be considered for a listing please email your CV, brief description and contact details for two references to Paul Simister at paul@plancs.co.uk.

6 - You agree that Planning & Control Solutions Ltd can check your references and follow up any contacts generated through this website during the lead conversion, client fulfilment and post completion stages.

7 - We only want to offer people who can provide a high quality part time Finance Director  and similar services service. Failure to provide a good service to clients will lead to you being de-listed from the website. This assessment is at our own discretion based on hearing both sides of any problem.

8 - You must be committed to working on a self-employed basis, either as a sole trader or through your own limited company.
