I used to provide a part time Finance Director service and then when I stopped doing it myself, I helped a few experienced qualified accountants to market their services.

From 1 January 2012 I have decided to totally withdraw my attention from the part time finance director market.

While it is a service I believe is very important to any small business with more than about 20 employees, it is confusing people about what I can offer through my strategic coaching and consultancy.
