There are a few simple terms for clients who approach one or more than one of the part time Finance Directors listed in the register and a few terms that the individuals have agreed to before they can be listed.

We do not provide the services of an employment agency but provide marketing and advertising services for clients and associates.

Terms & Conditions For Client Companies

1. The part time Finance Directors are listed in good faith. Each has represented themselves to me as an experienced qualified accountant who is interested in providing a part time Finance Director service to UK SMEs.
    
   
2. There is no charge for this service to you.
    
   
3. Any contract for services will be between you and the part time Finance Director on a self-employed or employed basis. It will not involve this company, Planning & Control Solutions Ltd trading as Your Profit Coach.
    
   
4. If you find a suitable part time Finance Director for your company on this list you must make sure that the person is honest, reliable and competent. We cannot provide any warranties or guaranties for the people listed and do not accept any liability for the actions or inactions of the person you appoint as your part time Finance Director.
    
   
5. You accept that we are not acting as an employment agency as we are connecting you with self employed professionals who, if you agree, will have a self-employed contract for services.
   

1. You are allowed to list your brief details on the Finance Director Register on this website to advertise your services (maximum five lines) in the register for the payment of an advertising fee. People are listed by broad geographical region in the order that they register.
    
   You will have your own supplemental page where you can outline your particular skills, abilities and interests. You may also add small photographs, testimonials and case studies. This page will be optimised in the search engines for high rankings for local searches. This will usually give you page one presence in Google on local searches within seven to ten days (subject to people on the region in the area as Google usually limits websites to two entries on the same page).
    
   The current advertising fee for the period to 31 December 2010 is £150 plus a one-off £50 to create your page. Subsequent changes and amendments cost £25 for each change occasion. All prices are subject to VAT at the appropriate rate. Fees are not refundable.
    
   
2. You confirm that you are self employed or you trade through your own company. You accept that Planning & Control Solutions Ltd is not an employment agency as it makes introductions between a prospective client's business and your business.
    
   
3. You will represent yourself honestly and truthfully to both the client and ourselves.
    
   
4. You must be a qualified member of an Institute or Association of Chartered Accountants. You must make sure that you comply with your regulatory body's rules for the rights to practice in the UK as an accountant, professional indemnity insurance and continuing professional development.

6. After you agree to join the FD register, you can have a free one hour telephone consultation about the opportunities available as a part time finance director and gain from my experience. You may also join my Guerrilla Marketing coaching program for 50% of the stated fee to help you to develop a marketing mindset.
    
   
7. You agree that Planning & Control Solutions Ltd can follow up any contacts generated through this website during the lead conversion, client fulfilment and post completion stages. It is not my intention to become involved but prospective clients do call and ask for recommendations and some will then provide feedback.
    
   
8. I only want to offer people who can provide a high quality part time Finance Director  or similar services. Failure to provide a good service to clients will lead to you being de-listed from the website. This assessment is at our own discretion based on hearing both sides of any problem.
    
   
9. You must be committed to working on a self-employed basis, either as a sole trader or through your own limited company.
