I am a Chartered Management Accountant based near Burnley, Lancashire and I have worked within commerce and industry for over 18 years. I help small to medium sized businesses focus on their current and future financial health.
As a result of my professional training and industry background I am a commercially focused, team player with hands on experience in engineering, chemical, medical and retail businesses.
I offer two types of service:

Regular Financial Management
I provide a management accounting and financial management service to businesses on a regular but flexible basis typically ranging from one to four days a month. This gives you the flexibility and support to secure the correct level of control required for your business.

- Performance review and advice
- Product costing
- Cash flow forecasting
- Business planning and strategic planning
- Guidance to and management of your accounting staff

Alongside the accurate monthly management accounts I will ensure that the internal controls are robust to protect your company assets.

My Financial Management Project Based Services
