On an ongoing basis I can provide you with a very cost effective part time Finance Director service, overseeing your finance department if required, but more importantly working with you to plan for the future and to ensure that you have the information you need to make informed decisions.

If you need assistance and support for a special project, or if you have an interim management requirement I may also be able to provide the solution.

I involve myself in the smooth running and effective financial management of your business, and I do not undertake any audit or corporate tax work. Your audit and tax advice is best provided by experienced specialists.

I specialise in strategic financial management backed by many years’ experience. My service is tailored to suit your needs: however, I would normally deal with compliance issues, liaison with auditors, bankers, HM Revenue & Customs and other outside agencies and advisers.

Over the past fifteen years I have helped businesses ranging from small start-ups to multinational publicly quoted companies, as well as Charities, the NHS and Local Government.

Areas in which I can offer particularly relevant experience are Property Development and Investment, Construction and IT.

I am located in Essex, and I provide my service throughout East Anglia and Essex and in the City and Central London.

Major towns covered:  Chelmsford, Colchester, Ipswich, Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds.
